Enjoy our newly remodeled 5-star fully furnished lodge which is conveniently located in the ATV friendly town of Pineville, WV. You and your guests can stay in 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, 1 Large Kitchen and Living Room/Dining area. The Condos include a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, utensils, pots/pans and dinnerware/silverware. All amenities are provided for your convenience (linens, towels, washer & dryer, etc.) Enjoy the outdoors in the backyard with our firepit and seating area.
The Villa is approximately 1 mile from the Pinnacle Trail System which also connects to the Indian Ridge and Pocahontas. With all 3 systems, you have about 200 miles or more of trail riding.
The Villa is open all year for nightly or weekend getaway rentals.

Pineville is an ATV friendly town, you are welcome to ride your ATV to the town’s many businesses and to the Hatfield-McCoy Pinnacle Trailhead. Leave your trailer at the lodge and ride your ATV throughout the town. The historical town of Pineville is the county seat of Wyoming County in West Virginia. Pineville is a short 45-minute drive just south of Beckley, WV.
For those looking for things to do, don’t forget to visit our Twin Falls State Park and golf course about 15 minutes from Pineville.
Permits are needed for all riders! They’re conveniently available for purchase at our restaurant, “Ole Jose Grill & Cantina” ($50 Non-Resident, $26.50 Resident or Military).
The Villa is on the banks of the “Guyandotte River” where fishing is allowed with WV permit or bring your kayak and/or raft to enjoy the river.
Need something to ride during your visit? We have you covered! Rent a 2020 1000 CC Can Am four seater with a roof and vented windshield! Your rental will be delivered to your doorstep ready for the trails by 8 A.M.! Ask for more details when you book your stay.

Parking for approximately 4-trucks and 4-trailers for entire lodge. Additional parking is available at Ole Jose Grill & Cantina restaurant. Please inquire about additional parking prior to check-in date if needed.

NOTE:
If trail-passes have been reserved, you will need to pick them up the next day after 9:30am when the restaurant opens for business or prepay and passes with maps will be placed in the lodge for you.
If unable to check-in before closing time the following will apply;
BALANCE DUE MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. Payment will be taken by the office assistant upon confirming your reservation.
ON CHECK-IN DATE, YOU'LL BE CONTACTED AND GIVEN THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO ENTER THE RESERVED LODGE UNIT(S).

FIREWOOD: By law, you cannot bring in firewood from other states. Therefore, as a courtesy through a third party, we are able to supply and deliver to your designated “unit/lodge” by your reservation date. Once you have reserved the load (approx..100 pieces), and it’s delivered, it’s yours and must be paid upon check-in “CASH BASIS” (no exceptions).
***EARLY CHECK-IN TIME MIGHT BE ALLOWED IF UNIT IS READY AND AVAILABLE***

Other option:
If you come into town earlier than the check-in time and your unit /lodge is not ready/available, you are welcome to register early and drop your trailer(s) at the Lodge site and hit the trails.
